We want you to be completely satisfied with your MAKE Beauty purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to certain items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
